Getting Started with AstroChat

Creating Your First Birth Chart

Your birth chart is the foundation of your astrological journey. Here's how to create one:

  1. Download and open the AstroChat app
  2. Tap "Create Profile" or "Get Started"
  3. Enter your birth date (month, day, year)
  4. Enter your birth time (as accurate as possible)
  5. Enter your birth location (city, state/province, country)
  6. Tap "Generate Chart" to create your personalized birth chart

Tip: The more accurate your birth time, the more precise your chart will be. If you don't know your exact birth time, you can still create a chart, but some features may be limited.

Understanding Your Dashboard

Once you've created your profile, you'll see your personalized dashboard with:

  • Daily Horoscope: Your personalized daily astrological forecast
  • Chart Overview: A visual representation of your birth chart
  • AI Chat: Start a conversation with our AI astrologer
  • Transit Alerts: Important astrological events affecting you
  • Compatibility: Explore relationships with others

Starting Your First AI Conversation

Our AI astrologer is here to answer your questions and provide guidance:

  1. Tap the "Chat" or "Ask AI" button on your dashboard
  2. Type your question or choose from suggested topics
  3. Wait for the AI to analyze your chart and provide insights
  4. Continue the conversation by asking follow-up questions

Managing Your Subscription

AstroChat offers both free and premium features. Here's how to manage your subscription:

Upgrading to Premium:

  1. Open the AstroChat app
  2. Go to Settings or Profile
  3. Tap "Upgrade to Premium" or "Subscription"
  4. Choose your preferred plan (monthly or yearly)
  5. Complete the purchase through your app store

Canceling Your Subscription:

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:

  • iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > AstroChat > Cancel
  • Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > AstroChat > Cancel

Updating Your Profile Information

To ensure accurate readings, keep your profile information up to date:

  1. Go to Settings or Profile in the app
  2. Tap "Edit Profile" or "Birth Data"
  3. Update your birth date, time, or location as needed
  4. Save your changes

Note: Changing your birth information will affect all future readings and may require regenerating your chart.

Billing and Payment Issues

If you're experiencing billing issues:

  • Check that your payment method is valid and up to date
  • Verify that you have sufficient funds or credit available
  • Contact your app store's customer support for payment-related issues

  • Data usage: Approximately 5-10MB per session

AstroChat is currently available in:
